Job summary

Broadcom Global Solution Architect - ValueOps is a remote role within Broadcom Software's Agile Operations Division. You will partner with regional sales and solution engineering to drive adoption of ValueOps offerings into strategic accounts, shaping high-level strategies and translating them into actionable blueprints.

You will lead engagements with senior stakeholders, align delivery with customer outcomes, and guide Solution Engineer teams through implementation while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in IT with 10 years in enterprise domain.
• Strong experience with portfolio management and agile methodologies.
• Ability to present to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level strategy and actionable blueprints for ValueOps customers.
• Partner with regional sales and solution engineering to drive adoption and growth.
• Lead post-sales transitions from pre-sales to implementation.
• Engage with C-Suite and maintain client relationships.
• Direct Solution Engineer teams to ensure strategy alignment.
