Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience with Bachelor’s degree or 10 years with Graduate Degree
• Unmanned systems experience including UxS platforms, payloads, sensors, and integration workflows
• Proven experience developing international business (outside the USA) and/or other key customers
• Strong customer-facing skills: relationship development, requirements capture, and solution positioning
• Ability to travel up to 50% international, including the United States

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with international customers, platform providers, and strategic partners
• Translate customer requirements into actionable insights for product integration and differentiation
• Drive customer demand and product adoption through engagement and value-based communication
• Develop relationships with UxS platform manufacturers and technical leadership teams
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support certifications and integration cycles
• Provide inputs to product roadmaps based on vendor requirements and market trends
• Support innovation by identifying unmanned capabilities and payload opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of unmanned industry developments to inform decisions
