L3Harris Technologies in Richardson, TX is seeking a Lead, Systems Engineering to join the Advanced Systems & Technologies division. You will define hardware and software requirements, manage interfaces, and lead system-level design efforts for complex unmanned systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or higher and extensive systems engineering experience, with security clearance eligibility and 15% travel. You will collaborate across customers, subcontractors, and vendors to verify and deliver

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with 7+ years.
Existing U.S. Secret Security Clearance with a current 5-year update; ability to obtain TS/SSBI.
Leadership experience preferred and demonstrated program management capability.

Mansioni

Perform system specification development and interface control management.
Develop concepts of operation, use cases, and service contracts.
Create and maintain requirements documentation for multiple programs.
Lead design and integration of complex hardware/software systems and interfaces.
Ensure verification, validation, and test activities across programs.
Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and vendors through written and oral communication.
