Job summary

The Business Development Lead will grow L3Harris’ Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) business with domestic DoW and homeland customers. The role owns customer relationships, opportunity identification and shaping for the ForceX and C-UAS portfolio, within the Targeting and Sensor Systems (TSS) sector.

Essential duties include owning account management, developing the opportunity pipeline in Dynamics CRM, framing discriminators for each pursuit and supporting bid strategy while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with 7+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum 13 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own account management and relationships with new and existing government customers.
• Develop and maintain the opportunity pipeline in the L3Harris Dynamics CRM.
• Frame price-to-win, discriminators and support business cases for pursuits.
• Navigate funding pathways (PPBE, OTAs, IDIQ) and drive win strategies.
• Travel at least 50% of the year to customer sites.
