Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Business Development to grow the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems portfolio with domestic DoW and homeland customers.

The role owns relationships, identifies opportunities, and shapes pursuits for ForceX and C-UAS within the TSS sector. The successful candidate will manage the opportunity pipeline in Dynamics CRM, frame price-to-win, and guide pursuits through capture to award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 9+ years in business development captures preferred.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience with DoD funding pathways and contract vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the C-UAS and ForceX opportunity pipeline.
• Engage DoW and homeland customers; build and maintain relationships.
• Shape strategies, discriminate, and coordinate with capture teams.
• Travel up to 50%+ as needed.
