Referment is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the unified communications voice infrastructure, guiding the move from on‑prem to cloud. You will own architecture, migration delivery, reliability, and automation in collaboration with global teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering as an individual contributor with deep CUCM expertise, SIP trunking knowledge, and strong Python automation skills. Experience with Webex/Zoom/Teams is a plus.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in unified communications or voice infrastructure.
• Strong automation experience with Python and APIs.
• Hands-on CUCM administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience migrating voice infra from on-prem to cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer and operate voice infrastructure and cloud transition.
• Plan, assess architectures, and drive migration across regions.
• Maintain reliable UC services and resolve complex issues.
• Support conferencing platforms (Webex, Zoom, Teams).
• Automate administration and operational tasks via scripting.
