Qualifications

• 7+ years of media experience in the US, UK, or DE with TV/video planning and optimization.
• Hands‑on buying experience across DSPs and programmatic marketplaces.
• Strong analytics and measurement mindset for attribution and MMM/MTA frameworks.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration with senior partners.

Responsibilities

• Own global TV, OTT/CTV and online video strategy and end‑to‑end execution.
• Develop audience strategies and integrate programmatic buying with DSPs.
• Continuously optimize campaigns for ROI, brand metrics, and efficiency.
• Partner with Analytics, Research, and Finance to define measurement and attribution.
• Manage agency relationships and ensure alignment across internal teams.
