Etsy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Media Manager to lead global TV, OTT/CTV, and digital video strategy and execution. You will own end-to-end campaigns, partner with Brand, Analytics, and Finance, and influence senior leadership on media investment.

The role offers equity, an annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Based in Brooklyn, you will be in the office once or twice weekly, with flexible options depending on proximity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of media experience in the US, UK, or DE with planning, buying, and optimization of TV/video campaigns.
• Hands-on DSP experience with The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, and Google DV360.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into high-performing campaigns.
• Experience with measurement solutions including MMM and MTA.
• Analytically driven with strong cross-functional collaboration and senior stakeholder influence.
• Budget ownership and clear, data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy development and end-to-end execution of global TV, OTT/CTV, and online video campaigns.
• Launch and optimize paid media to increase consideration and drive business goals in key markets.
• Develop audience strategies including household, demographic, behavioral, and device-based targeting.
• Integrate programmatic and data-driven TV buying where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Research to implement robust measurement frameworks.
• Drive alignment with senior leadership and manage agency/partner relationships.
