Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Trust Global Partnerships Manager to translate internal Trust & Safety priorities into high-impact external partnerships with nonprofits, NGOs, and subject-matter experts. The role focuses on program design, education efforts, and global collaboration across regions.

You will bridge internal needs with mission-driven partners, manage cross-functional programs, and report measurable impact, with up to 20% travel. Remote work from the United Kingdom is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic external engagement initiatives with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Ability to bridge internal priorities with mission-driven external partners.
• Experience working with nonprofit partners and policymakers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage external partnerships aligned with trust and safety priorities.
• Serve as the primary contact for regional partners; travel as needed.
• Translate internal priorities into actionable external partnership initiatives with NGOs and experts.
• Develop programs, events and presentations with safety organizations and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry issues impacting strategic focus.
• Track goals and report qualitative and quantitative impact of partnerships.
• Collaborate with Community Support, Public Policy, Communications, and other teams.
