Job summary

350.org is seeking a Global Lead, Partnerships and Networks to drive visible engagement of a global activist and partner network within our campaigns. The role manages a small distributed team and sets direction for partnerships and network-building across regions.

The role works with country teams to expand partnerships beyond climate justice, ensuring alignment with global strategy and organisational standards. Remote work is supported across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ senior level experience in organising or movement-building.
• Experience of building, strengthening, and scaling networks in global south / majority world.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of network strategy for partners, allies and local groups linked to campaign priorities.
• Ensure systems to track network health, volunteer engagement, and leadership development.
• Oversee cross-country network mobilisation projects with clear ownership and execution.
