Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking a Partnership Manager to identify, recruit, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that generate top-of-funnel leads and expand our UK market presence. You will help shape our partner ecosystem, work closely with the Director of Partnerships, EMEA, and accelerate growth through strategic alliances.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to maximize value, monitor performance, and stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in partnership management, business development, or channel programs.
• Proven ability to identify, recruit, onboard and activate strategic partners.
• Demonstrated track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new partnerships that align with growth objectives.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing to activation and performance reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure mutual value.
• Define and execute partnership strategies aligned with growth priorities in EMEA and UK.
• Monitor performance metrics and share insights to optimize impact.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity to spot opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners and ensure excellent partner experience.
