Job summary

Turner Construction Co. is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety leader for a full-time traveling assignment. The ideal candidate will support Advanced Technology projects and oversee compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities include developing EH&S programs, mentoring staff, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health and a minimum of 10 years of construction safety experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related construction safety experience or equivalent.
• Completed OSHA 30-hour training and current First Aid/CPR/BBP certifications.
• Management experience with ability to delegate and direct work.

Responsibilities

• Build working relationships with BU leadership and enforce EH&S compliance.
• Develop and execute Annual EH&S Plan aligned with headquarters.
• Mentor and coach EH&S professionals and facilitate learning.

Skills

Construction Health Safety Technician (CHST) certification

Expert knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety regulations

Incident management experience

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
