Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a strategic Manager, Travel Programs to own our global travel platform (Navan) and partner with Finance, IT, People, and Procurement. You will drive policy governance, vendor relationships, and program operations to deliver a best-in-class travel experience.

You will lead data-driven reviews, build scalable processes, and train employees on Navan, while partnering with teams across the business to continuously improve travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate travel program management.
• Hands-on Navan or comparable platform experience (Concur/TripActions/Egencia).
• Strong vendor management and external relationship ownership.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, People and Procurement.
• Data-driven mindset; analyze spend and compliance data for leadership.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, concise communicator translating program complexity for employees.

Responsibilities

• Own Navan platform end-to-end: configuration, policy, testing.
• Manage Navan vendor relationships; escalate pricing or SLA issues.
• Lead monthly program reviews; report spend trends and NPS findings.
• Drive policy governance, exception handling, and program operations improvements.
• Oversee Navan training enablement and WorkRamp resources.
• Maintain Confluence travel documentation and program communications.
