Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a strategic and operational Manager, Travel Programs to own and elevate our global travel program. You will manage the Navan platform end-to-end, vendor relationships, policy governance, and the employee travel experience, partnering with Finance, People, IT, and Procurement.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and program optimization in a fast-growing technology company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate travel program management.
• Hands-on experience with Navan or equivalent platforms.
• Strong vendor management skills and external relationship ownership.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, IT, People, and Procurement.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to present spend/compliance data to leadership.
• Capable of managing priorities autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, concise communicator who can translate complexity into guidance.
• Experience with policy exception reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Navan platform end-to-end: configuration, policy, and ongoing optimization.
• Manage Navan vendor relationships and escalate contract or SLA issues as needed.
• Lead monthly program reviews and report spend trends, policy compliance, and NPS.
• Build scalable policy governance, exception handling, and program operations frameworks.
• Oversee Navan training via WorkRamp and maintain training resources for all employees.
• Maintain travel documentation, FAQs, and program communications.
