Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a strategic and operationally minded Manager, Travel Programs to own and elevate our global travel program. You will be the single owner of the Navan platform, vendor relationships, policy governance, and employee travel experience.

This role bridges Finance, People, IT, and Procurement to drive alignment, surface insights, and continuously improve how Crusoe employees travel. Ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, data, and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate travel program management.
• Hands-on experience managing Navan or a comparable corporate travel platform (e.g., Concur, TripActions, Egencia).
• Strong vendor management skills and external relationship ownership.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, IT, People, and Procurement.
• Data-driven, able to pull and present spend and compliance data to leadership.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, concise communicator translating program complexity for employees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Platform & Operations Management: Own the Navan platform end-to-end, configure policy, test changes, and manage policy exceptions.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Own Navan vendor relationships, escalate issues to Procurement, ensure performance and cost efficiency.
• Program Health & Reporting: Lead monthly reviews, report spend trends, policy compliance, and NPS findings to Finance and leadership.
• Process Improvement: Build scalable governance and operation frameworks as the company scales.
• Employee Experience & Training: Oversee Navan training, maintain resources, and monitor training completion.
• Documentation & Communications: Maintain Confluence travel docs, FAQs, and program communications.
