Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a strategic and operational Manager, Travel Programs to own and elevate our global travel program. You will be the primary owner of the Navan platform, manage vendor relationships, and govern travel policies across Finance, People, IT, and Procurement.

The role requires 8+ years in corporate travel, hands-on Navan experience, and a data-driven approach to monitoring spend, compliance, and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate travel program management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Navan or equivalent platforms (Concur, TripActions, Egencia).
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Navan platform end-to-end, including configuration and policy settings.
• Manage Navan vendor relationships and escalate issues with Procurement as needed.
• Lead program reviews, report spend trends and policy compliance to leadership.
• Build scalable policy governance and program operations frameworks.
• Oversee Navan training and ensure employees can book travel confidently.
• Maintain travel documentation and serve as policy resource across the org.
