Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a strategic and operationally minded Manager, Travel Programs to own and elevate our global travel program. You will be the primary owner of the Navan platform, vendor relationships, policy governance, and the employee travel experience.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and employee experience as Crusoe scales, requiring cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, People, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate travel program management.
• Hands-on Navan or similar platform experience.
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven with spend and compliance reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Navan platform end-to-end; configure, policy, testing.
• Manage Navan vendor relationships and contract issues.
• Lead monthly program reviews and report spend trends.
• Develop scalable policy governance and program operations.
• Oversee Navan training and documentation; enablement and resources.
• Communicate travel policy and engage stakeholders.
