Chimera Enterprises International is seeking an experienced International Travel Process Analyst to manage and refine CISA’s end‑to‑end international travel process. You will provide customer‑centric guidance to travelers and transform travel data into strategic reports for agency leadership.

The role emphasizes policy compliance, proactive support, and development of comprehensive guidance materials, FAQs, and briefing content for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in process management, travel administration, or customer service in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and refine CISA’s end‑to‑end international travel process, improving procedures, forms, workflows, and policy guidance for travelers.
• Provide proactive, customer‑centric support to personnel planning or conducting international travel, including answering questions and guiding travel system navigation.
• Coordinate collection, review, and distribution of post‑travel trip reports, ensuring proper recording, secure storage, and accessibility for analysis.
• Develop, update, and maintain guidance materials, FAQs, and information session content on travel policies and processes.
• Support creation of strategic reports and briefing materials identifying travel trends and generating leadership‑style visuals.
