Job summary

Chimera Enterprises International seeks an experienced International Security & Policy Analyst to monitor global trends, analyze policy developments, and support CISA’s international leadership. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in related field.
4–8 years in policy analysis, international affairs, national security, or cyber/infrastructure risk.
Active Top Secret / SCI clearance or TS/SCI eligibility with experience handling classified information.
Location: Arlington, VA with possible telework and domestic/international travel.

Responsibilities

Conduct policy research on international and domestic developments relevant to CISA, including handling classified information as required.
Monitor global trends affecting cyber and infrastructure security and foreign partner activities.
Prepare analytical summaries, SITREPs, and recommendations for CISA International leadership.
Support development of issue papers, briefing materials, talking points, and decision papers for senior DHS officials.
Organize and participate in bilateral and multilateral engagements to advance cooperation with international partners.
Capture key findings from engagements and assess implications for CISA’s international strategy.
Collaborate with colleagues to create dashboards and interactive reports conveying insights to decision-makers.
Contribute to daily/weekly reporting and keep engagement databases up to date.
