Job summary

Chimera Enterprises International seeks an experienced Strategic Analytics and Reporting Specialist to translate complex data into actionable insights for CISA International leadership. You will design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to inform senior decision-makers about engagements, partnerships, and priorities.

The role requires strong data analytics, business analytics, and performance management experience in federal or complex programs, with the ability to present

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4–8 years of data analytics, business analytics, or performance management experience.
• Experience creating executive-level dashboards and reports.
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance or TS/SCI eligible required.
• Location primarily at Government facility in Arlington, VA, with telework options as required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain analytic dashboards and reports on engagements and outcomes.
• Analyze performance trends, track volume, geographic focus, and thematic priorities.
• Provide data-driven findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Produce summary charts and graphics for executive briefings and issue papers.
• Work with CRM, SharePoint, and Power Platform to retrieve and present data.
• Ensure analytic products meet high standards of accuracy and clarity.
