• Education: Bachelor’s in Intl Affairs or equivalent.
• Experience: 4–8 years in event/engagement planning or international coordination.
• Clearance: Eligibility for Public Trust.
• Location: Arlington, VA; some telework and travel.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and support bilateral and multilateral engagements, including managing domestic and international trips.
• Coordinate complex schedules, itineraries, logistics, venues, and meeting arrangements for CISA officials.
• Prepare briefing books, agendas, read-ahead packages, and materials for leadership and delegations.
• Arrange translation support and liaise with embassies and interagency partners.
• Draft SITREPs, trip readouts, conclusions, and follow-up reports.
