Job summary

Chimera Enterprises International is seeking an experienced Travel Systems & Process Engineer to lead the design and refinement of CISA’s international travel processes and information systems. You will work with OCIO and stakeholders to translate business needs into IT workflows, configuration, data management, and robust executive dashboards.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, maintaining data repositories, and ensuring secure, scalable travel information management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or 4 additional years of experience).
8+ years of senior-level experience in systems or process engineering, configuration management, or IT-enabled workflow design.
Eligibility for Public Trust clearance.
Location: Arlington, VA with potential telework options.

Responsibilities

Lead design and refinement of international travel processes and information systems.
Collaborate with OCIO and stakeholders for requirements, data management, and technical coordination for travel-related systems.
Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations displaying travel patterns and compliance.
Ensure repositories for international arrangements are structured, maintained, and accessible to authorized staff.
Provide high-level guidance to support scalable, secure travel information management solutions.
