Responsibilities

• Manage and refine CISA’s end-to-end international travel process, continuously improving procedures, forms, workflows, and policy guidance for travelers.
• Provide proactive, customer-centric support to personnel planning or conducting international travel, including answering questions and assisting with travel system navigation.
• Coordinate collection, review, and distribution of post-travel trip reports, ensuring proper recording and secure storage.
• Develop, update, and maintain guidance materials, FAQs, and information session content for staff on travel policies and processes.
• Support creation of strategic reports and briefing materials that identify travel trends and provide visual analyses for leadership.
