Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of degree.
4 to 8 years of relevant experience in process management, travel administration, or customer service in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and refine CISA’s end-to-end international travel process, continuously improving procedures, forms, workflows, and policy guidance for travelers.
Provide proactive, customer-centric support to personnel planning or conducting international travel, including answering questions and assisting with travel system navigation.
Coordinate collection, review, and distribution of post-travel trip reports, ensuring proper recording and secure storage.
Develop, update, and maintain guidance materials, FAQs, and information session content for staff on travel policies and processes.
Support creation of strategic reports and briefing materials that identify travel trends and provide visual analyses for leadership.
