Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years of senior-level experience in systems or process engineering, configuration management, or IT-enabled workflow design.
• Public Trust clearance eligibility required.
• Arlington, Virginia location with potential telework as required by the agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and refinement of international travel processes and information systems (data repositories, dashboards, internal content).
• Collaborate with OCIO and stakeholders to provide requirements, configuration, data management, and technical coordination for travel systems and tools (SharePoint, CRM, Power Platform).
• Develop, configure, and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations of travel patterns and compliance metrics.
• Ensure repositories for international arrangements and information are structured and accessible to authorized staff.
• Provide high-level technical guidance to support scalable and secure travel information management solutions.
