Panagora Group LLC is seeking a Travel Coordinator for an anticipated development program. This remote position will manage travel logistics for staff, advisors, and other travelers, coordinating with a travel vendor to ensure timely, cost-conscious arrangements and comprehensive documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of travel coordination experience, with a focus on domestic and international trips, compliance, and efficient processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating travel, logistics, or related operations.
• Experience with travel agencies or travel vendors is preferred.
• Familiarity with travel policies, per diem concepts, and audit-ready records.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for program staff and travelers, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and related logistics.
• Serve as primary contact with the travel vendor for requests, itineraries, approvals, and changes.
• Review travel requests for completeness, approvals, and alignment with program requirements.
• Ensure traveler communications, approvals, and documentation are up to date.
• Maintain travel trackers, itineraries, and expense-report documentation in the designated system.
• Monitor timelines and communicate itinerary changes or disruptions to the team.
• Assist with reporting, reconciliation, and audit-ready travel records.
