Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Travel Counselor to coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers and provide support when plans don’t go as expected. This role manages hotel reservations and air and ground transportation for a staff of over 14,000 and includes some reception duties.

The position is based on our campus near Madison, WI, with relocation to the area and a shift from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am. Epic offers relocation assistance, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Available to work 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am, shift differential included)
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• Ability to self-manage and creatively problem solve
• Have a customer-service mindset
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
• COVID-19 vaccination
