Epic Systems Corporation on Madison's campus is seeking a Travel Counselor to coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers and to provide support when plans go awry. The role includes hotel and air/ground arrangements for a staff of 14,000 and some reception duties.

Relocation assistance is available, and the campus offers a vibrant tech community. The team works a 2nd shift (6pm-2am) Tue-Sat and values strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate travel logistics for large staff.
• Willing to relocate within 45 minutes of Verona, WI.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsabilidades
