Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Travel Counselor to coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers and to provide support when plans don’t go as expected. The role includes managing hotel reservations and air/ground transportation for a large staff and may involve some reception duties.

The position is based on our Madison, WI campus with relocation assistance. Epic values growth, equity, and a strong travel program across the company.

Qualificações

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work second shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) or adapt to schedule.
• Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI area.
• Experience coordinating corporate travel is a plus.
