Job summary

The Travel Corporation seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to join its global Legal & Compliance team. You will advise TTC’s North American businesses while supporting initiatives across our brands and regions, handling travel regulations, commercial contracts, labor matters, data privacy, and accessibility obligations.

Reporting to the Legal & Compliance Director, you will shape the in‑house function with a commercial mindset, manage outside counsel, and collaborate with leaders across TTC’s

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the California Bar.
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience in law firm and/or in‑house.
• Experience across multiple legal disciplines (travel/consumer regulatory, labor and employment, data privacy, commercial contracts, disputes).
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice to TTC's U.S. operations and global initiatives across TTC brands.
• Advise on travel and consumer regulatory requirements and accessibility obligations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (supplier, technology, marketing, procurement, vendor).
• Support People & Culture on employment matters and policy compliance.
• Advise on data privacy, including U.S. and GDPR related matters and cross-border data sharing.
