Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Corporate Counsel to review, draft, and negotiate agreements with travel supply partners worldwide. You will advise the Supply team, select outside counsel, manage budgets, and train on form contracts and playbooks.

Collaborate with privacy, security, tax, and treasury teams while overseeing paralegals and key client relationships. The role supports a hybrid work model with remote days and requires a JD admitted to practice law in the US or abroad, plus strong drafting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Law, or related field with 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience.
• Must be admitted to practice law in a US or foreign jurisdiction.
• 4 years of experience in legal drafting, contract negotiation, client interviewing, and advising.
• Knowledge of travel/hospitality industry, and MS Office skills.
• Experience with legal ops tech including eBilling, contract management, eSignature; familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA/TAP.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate agreements with travel supply partners.
• Provide general legal counsel to Expedia Group Supply team and partners.
• Select outside counsel and manage counsel spend to budget.
• Draft, update, and train on form contracts and contracting playbooks.
• Support strategic business and legal initiatives, collaborating with privacy, security, tax, and treasury teams.
• Own key client relationships and supervise paralegals.
