Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Corporate Counsel to review, draft, and negotiate agreements with travel supply partners worldwide. You will provide general legal counsel to the Supply team and other business partners on contract interpretation, risk management, and regulatory issues.

The role includes selecting outside counsel, managing spend to budget, and training on form contracts. Collaboration with privacy, security, tax, and treasury teams is required; you will supervise paralegals and own key

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field; 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Must be admitted to practice law in a US or foreign jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate agreements with travel supply partners worldwide.
• Provide general legal counsel to Expedia Group Supply team and other business partners on contract interpretation, risk, and regulatory issues.
• Choose outside counsel and manage counsel spend to budget; draft/update form contracts and contracting playbooks.
• Support strategic business and legal initiatives and collaborate with privacy, security, tax, and treasury teams.
• Own client relationships with internal clients and supervise paralegals.
