Job summary

The Travel Corporation (TTC) seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to join our global Legal & Compliance team. You will advise TTC's North American operations and collaborate across brands on travel, regulatory, and data privacy matters while supporting an evolving in-house function.

Reporting to the Legal & Compliance Director, you will draft and negotiate contracts, manage regulatory licenses, and partner with business leaders to balance legal risk with practical solutions in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active member in good standing of the California Bar.
6+ years of relevant legal experience.
Experience supporting corporate clients across multiple legal disciplines.
Experience in travel, hospitality, or highly regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide practical legal advice to TTC's North American businesses and support global initiatives.
Advise on travel and consumer regulatory law, labor and employment matters, data privacy, and compliance programs.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements (supplier, technology, marketing, procurement, vendor).
Support People & Culture on employment matters, policies, investigations, and compliance requirements.
Manage relationships with outside counsel and coordinate litigation and dispute management.
Deliver training and help scale TTC's global compliance program.
