Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, E2E Product Planning, to lead the development of the E2E supply chain configuration, align MPS and inventory plans, and drive IBP processes across multiple countries. This hybrid role is located in Titusville, NJ, with potential alternative locations; travel up to 15% may be required.

The role requires eight years in supply chain, deep planning experience, and strong leadership within a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of supply chain experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience with inventory management, S&OP, MPS and demand/supply planning.
• Experience with SAP R/3, APO, BW and OMP.

Responsibilities

• Defines inventory de-coupling points and develops replenishment strategies.
• Sets supply chain parameters in alignment with sites (batch sizes, make frequencies, safety stock, lead times).
• Develops scenarios to avoid or resolve constraints and aligns MPS with demand.
• Represents Global Planning in IBP and communicates complex scenarios to leadership.
• Allocates API and bulk, and coordinates finished goods to avoid stock-outs.
