Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years international experience.
• At least 3 years working with government regulations.
• Experience with FTZ software systems.
• HS classifications and HTS changes knowledge.
• Strong MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international transportation operations and trade compliance for finished goods and raw materials.
• Oversee Parcel, LTL, Truckload, Ocean, and Air transportation.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations.
• Maintain HS classifications and HTS updates.
• Coordinate export documentation with chambers, embassies, and customs authorities.
• Lead relationships with carriers, brokers, and 3PLs.
• Analyze logistics networks for cost-effective movement.
• Manage USMCA and CAFTA-DR trade programs.
• Liaise with global distribution centers on trade matters.
• Provide data-driven analyses to improve logistics and compliance.
