Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations; manufacturing or supply chain preferred.
• Experience leading HR work through others (direct or indirect) preferred.
• Employee relations experience required; labor/union experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; SHRM/HRCI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners/Generalists across locations.
• Drive consistent HR delivery and alignment across sites.
• Partner with leaders to translate HR strategies into actionable plans.
• Own implementation and follow-through of key HR programs and processes.
• Manage employee and labor relations, including investigations and bargaining prep.
