Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two to five years in international business, logistics or warehouse admin preferred.
• Equivalents accepted with education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and replenishment across U.S. and global warehouses.
• Coordinate distribution orders between U.S. facilities and international warehouses.
• Monitor, analyze, and reconcile inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, and DC Ops teams.
• Support cycle count programs and annual physical inventories.
• Generate inventory, receiving, and shipment reports; suggest improvements.
• Assist FTZ operations to ensure U.S. Customs and FTZ compliance.
• Support tariff reporting and import/export requirements; maintain C-TPAT compliance.
• Serve as SME for inventory systems and lead continuous improvement.
