Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2–5 years related experience.
• Minimum two years' experience in international business, logistics and warehouse administration preferred.
• Equivalents accepted: education plus experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and replenishment across U.S. and global warehouses.
• Coordinate distribution orders between U.S. facilities and international warehouses.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions, adjustments, and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Distribution Center Operations to support inventory objectives.
• Support cycle count programs and annual physical inventories as required.
• Analyze inventory, receiving and shipment reports to reduce excess or obsolete stock.
• Assist FTZ operations to ensure compliance with US Customs.
