Job summary

Pura USA in Pleasant Grove, Utah, is seeking a Senior Transportation Manager to guide domestic and international transportation across DTC, B2B, retail, inbound, and cross-border channels.

You will own transportation cost, service levels, carrier strategy, parcel and last-mile performance, network optimization, and technology integrations, collaborating with Operations, Planning, Finance, IT, Customer Experience, Retail, and 3PL partners to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• 8–12 years in transportation/logistics, including leadership.
• CSCP/CTL or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute domestic and international transportation strategy.
• Own freight budgets, KPIs, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead carrier sourcing, negotiations, and performance reviews.
• Oversee 3PL governance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive network optimization and last-mile delivery improvements.
