Job summary

Pura USA is seeking a Sr. Transportation Manager to guide domestic and international transportation for DTC, B2B, retail, and inbound channels. You will own cost, service, and network optimization while collaborating with Operations, Finance, IT, and 3PL partners to support growth.

The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, extensive carrier management experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple modalities and regions.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of progressive transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in transportation management or leadership.
• Experience managing international and cross-border transportation, customs, freight forwarders, brokers, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong experience with carrier sourcing, negotiations, network optimization, cost reduction, SLAs, and senior-level business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute domestic and international transportation strategy across DTC, B2B, retail, inbound, and international channels.
• Own transportation cost, service, carrier strategy, parcel and last-mile performance, network optimization, and transportation technology.
• Lead rate-shopping strategy and partner with IT and fulfillment providers on carrier integrations and TMS.
• Oversee carrier sourcing, RFPs, rate and contract negotiations, SLAs, and capacity commitments.
• Manage international transportation, freight forwarders, customs brokers, Incoterms, and cross-border requirements.
• Ensure OTIF/OTD, retailer compliance, and 3PL governance align with company strategy.
• Drive EDD accuracy, transit visibility, and delivery experience improvements.
