Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Global Transportation Program Sr. Manager to own the strategy, expansion, and daily performance of employee transportation programs. You’ll enable reliable, cost-effective commuting as the company grows across markets and offices.

You will translate global workplace expansion plans into a transportation roadmap, establishing systems, partnerships, and playbooks while balancing global consistency with local needs.

Responsibilities

• Own a global transportation expansion roadmap aligned with office openings, headcount growth, and changing commute demand.
• Manage the global employee transportation portfolio across shuttles, parking, micromobility, transit and commuter benefits, and EV charging.
• Build a scalable operating model across regions with repeatable launch playbooks and clear ownership.
• Oversee vendor sourcing, onboarding, performance reviews, renewals, and transitions in collaboration with Legal and Strategic Sourcing.
• Own program budgets, forecasts, invoices, and business cases; use data to optimize or retire services.
• Partner with Workplace Ops, Real Estate, Facilities, Security, People/Benefits, Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, and Internal Communications.
• Design and administer transit benefits, parking eligibility, subsidies, and reimbursement policies by market.
• Establish service levels, escalation paths, backup plans, and outage communications for predictable operations.
• Improve the end-to-end employee journey from discovery to enrollment, booking, support, and feedback.
• Measure reliability, adoption, capacity, satisfaction, accessibility, and cost; translate data into leadership recommendations.
• Collaborate across regions and vendors to drive decisions without relying on formal authority.
• Apply sound judgment on safety, accessibility, local requirements, and involve specialists as needed.
• Communicate clearly and stay accountable during disruptions or shifting priorities.
• Experience with commute-management platforms, transportation demand management, sustainability metrics, or system integrations is a plus.
