Job summary

Electrolux Group North America seeks a Senior Manager, International Transportation to lead North America inbound and international transportation strategy. You will optimize global logistics networks, manage a $225M budget, and oversee 60+ logistics providers and internal teams, delivering cost-efficient, on-time service across multiple modes.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Planning to align transport strategy with demand and growth, while driving risk mitigation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, operations, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain with people leadership.
• Experience in transportation procurement, carrier sourcing, and 3PL/4PL management.
• Proven ability to manage large transportation budgets and complex networks.
• Familiarity with transportation markets, cost and efficiency improvements, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American inbound and international transportation operations for service, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Develop ocean/air freight strategies, negotiate with carriers, and plan capacity.
• Oversee 60+ logistics providers and internal logistics teams and 3PLs.
• Move ~100,000 TEUs annually across multiple modes including cross-border and domestic.
• Design resilient, sustainable global freight networks and mitigate risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align transport strategy with demand.
• Act as global logistics SME and support make-vs-buy decisions and new products.
• Drive continuous improvement, digital visibility, and cost savings.
• Establish KPIs for service, quality, cost, and sustainability; foster safety and teamwork.
