Job summary

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and exceptional communication skills to drive operational excellence and growth across multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across global operations.
• Strong communication skills for executive-level messaging.
• Experience managing end-to-end global logistics or supply chain projects.
• Ability to develop and retain client relationships across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global logistics initiatives and drive operational excellence.
• Provide executive-level insights to leadership and clients.
• Manage and develop multiple accounts with a focus on profitability and growth.
• Coach and develop direct and indirect reports; manage performance and staffing.
• Ensure SOX and compliance-related processes are followed where applicable.
