The role requires LEAN expertise, strong leadership, and knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation, and KPIs. Travel 40–50% with a clear path for growth within Ryder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field; 6+ years in supply chain/logistics.
• LEAN / continuous improvement experience and strong leadership.
• Proven ability to manage large multi-location accounts with P&L responsibility.
• Advanced knowledge of WMS, OSHA, DOT and Hazmat requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve operational issues with LEAN initiatives and improve performance.
• Manage customer accounts to meet metrics and develop growth opportunities.
• Oversee P&L for assigned accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Lead, train, and coach Logistics Managers and senior leaders.
• Maintain safety programs and foster positive employee relations.
