Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas seeks a Group Manager Logistics II to lead multiple client accounts with $8M–$11M revenue, driving continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives. You will guide LM/SLM/GLM teams, manage P&L for accounts, and develop growth opportunities while ensuring safety and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and performance measurement with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or equivalent experience.
• Six+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Five+ years leading and developing direct reports.
• Five+ years managing large multi-level teams.
• Four+ years P&L responsibility preferred.
• Three+ years leading LEAN teams preferred.
• Two+ years customer interaction and KPI management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve operational issues using continuous improvement and LEAN.
• Manage customer accounts to meet metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure financial objectives and revenue growth for accounts.
• Supervise, develop, and mentor staff and leadership teams.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach direct reports.
• Maintain proactive safety programs across accounts.
• Manage P&L for assigned accounts and take corrective actions.
