Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or equivalent with 2 years relevant experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• 5+ years managing and developing direct reports.
• LEAN experience and leadership in a multi-location environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve operational issues by implementing LEAN and continuous improvement.
• Manage customer accounts to meet metrics and grow revenue.
• Ensure financial objectives and revenue growth for assigned accounts.
• Supervise and develop staff; maintain positive employee relations.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach direct reports and management.
• Maintain proactive safety program per policy.
• Manage P&L for assigned accounts.
