Job summary

Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead client projects from planning through delivery, coordinating with global teams to meet requirements and milestones.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget and risks, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring quality outcomes while driving profitability. Occasional travel may be required; the role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a dynamic, translation-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven project management experience in a fast-paced client-centric environment.
• Knowledge of translation or localization industry is a plus.
• Experience managing large accounts and project budgets.
• Ability to lead diverse, virtual teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, scoping, requirements gathering and validation with client.
• Identify and work with stakeholders to plan and resource projects for quality, cost, and schedule.
• Perform risk analysis and contingency planning (PDCA cycle).
• Lead internal and external teams to successful project execution and delivery.
• Create schedules and monitor timely delivery.
• Manage the budget and control project costs.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, internal teams and suppliers.
• Oversee project activities and resolve issues (corrective and preventive actions).
• Seek opportunities to optimize delivery, client satisfaction, quality and profitability.
• Report on scope, financials, progress and status to stakeholders, as required.
• Ensure finance systems are up to date and accurate.
• Document processes and manage knowledge.
• Maintain project profit through margin management.
