Job summary

Mindlink Resources is seeking a highly organized Translation Lead to oversee multilingual translation projects. This role focuses on coordinating resources, managing workflows, and delivering high-quality language services for clients while maintaining schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has experience in translation project management, strong data analysis skills, and a client-focused mindset. This remote role supports teams across diverse languages and domains.

Qualifications

• Experience in translation/localization project management is required.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Fluency in one or more languages in addition to English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multilingual translation projects from initiation through delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing project updates and addressing questions promptly.
• Coordinate with translators, editors, DTP teams, and other service providers.
• Assign translation projects based on linguist skills and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and team performance.
• Manage automated workflows within CAT tools, particularly Wordbee.
• Maintain and troubleshoot translation memory and terminology databases.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Analyze project data and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and responsibilities as needed.
