Job summary

Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to work with a global team and grow its client portfolio in the legal, life sciences, and localization sectors.

You will support existing BDDs and build your own book of business, contributing to a customer‑centric sales approach and superior client experience. The role requires a minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience in professional services or tech solutions, with a track record of closing new business and generating opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of business‑to‑business sales experience in professional services or technology solutions.
• Track record of success and stability within sales.
• Experience with lead generation, account targeting, qualifying and closing new business.

Responsibilities

• Transactional responsibility and oversight for key customer accounts, working with the BDD team to ensure customer care.
• Drive CSAT scoring at account level for legal and FSI customers.
• Research and identify new business opportunities and support BDDs with data analysis.
• Assist in building and presenting proposals to senior managers and decision makers.
• Draft and deliver proposals with support from the Sales Team.
• Develop and maintain key account plans and reporting.
• Prospect new clients to grow Welocalize’s client base.
• Maintain customer data in Salesforce including forecasts, plans, opportunities, and pipelines.
• Coordinate/respond to RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.
