Job summary

Mindlink Resources, LLC is seeking a Translation Lead to oversee multilingual translation projects and support teams delivering high-quality language services. This role emphasizes organization, client engagement, and quality control across languages and markets.

The successful candidate will coordinate translators, editors, and DTP teams; optimize workflows; monitor progress and deliverables; and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets while maintaining exceptional quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Translation, Interpretation, Localization, Linguistics, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience in translation/localization project management.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CAT tools; Wordbee experience preferred.
• Knowledge of translation memory and terminology management.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong client service and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
• Fluency in one or more languages besides English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multilingual translation projects from initiation through delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing project updates and addressing questions promptly.
• Coordinate with translators, editors, DTP teams, and other service providers.
• Assign translation projects based on linguistic skills and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and team performance.
• Manage and create new automated workflows within CAT tools, particularly Wordbee.
• Maintain and troubleshoot translation memory and terminology databases.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and efficiencies; analyze project data and metrics.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and responsibilities as needed.
