Job summary

EY is seeking a Program Manager within Enterprise Technology, responsible for leading large-scale transformation programs globally. You will direct delivery across multi-project plans, manage budgets and vendor agreements, and drive governance and quality initiatives to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will lead a dispersed team, partner with senior leaders, and foster best practices while navigating complex commercial and legal considerations in EY's global environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage delivery of EY programs globally, with multiple complex project plans and change initiatives.
• Review project plans, roadmaps and risks; advise senior leaders, balancing technical and commercial concerns.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and SOWs across all projects.
• Track, analyze and report on key performance targets for the business.
• Manage vendor agreements and contracts that support project delivery.
• Promote sharing of best practices and new technologies through Communities of Practice.
• Drive quality initiatives to increase delivery confidence and align with industry standards.
• Translate delivery success into talent development and recognize high performance.
• Lead negotiations with third parties forming part of delivery teams.
